All orders ship Monday through Friday from Chicago, IL. Processing takes 1-2 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments.

Orders placed after 12 pm central standard time will process the following business day.
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We’re not responsible for ups shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Ups does not ship or deliver on weekends.
- Ups cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!

Not happy with your purchase? Well, we definitely don’t want you to be disappointed!
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Visit our returns center to submit return request.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Sorry, unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Within 21 days from the date of purchase.
- In unused and resalable condition.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products from our brand ordered from another retailer.
- Products that have been used and show wear and tear.
- Return requests submitted outside the 21 day return window.
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!
- Received a damaged product? We’re sorry. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days from the date the order was processed.

The following refund options are supported:

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.
